Working with Community:

Kathie has worked with local agencies, business, community and local, state and federal government for over 7 years in the development of Mainstreet programs and Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) She has assisted her communities to leverage their local funds with local, state and federal funding. She has been presented with a State Medal and several other local awards for her passionate enthusiasm and achievement of outcomes to support business and community needs. She is a trained ABCD facilitator, and has presented papers and presentations to local, state and national conferences throughout Australia.

Working with Business:

Kathie has worked assisting businesses to grow through system development, operations manuals and mentoring. She has over 18 years experience in the franchise sector having previously owned an award winning franchise business in the 1990's. Her company is a member of the Hunter Business Chamber, and has also assisted local women in business as a Women in Business "serial mentor".

Kathie is passionate about linking people and organisations to opportunities, has a quick wit and enjoys reality cooking shows and seriously good red wine !
